New episodes of STARZ originals are available on the STARZ app, STARZ On Demand, and the STARZ website the same day they air on STARZ. Most original series premiere new episodes on Fridays and are available to watch at 12:01 am ET.

Customers can go to the STARZ schedule page (https://www.starz.com/us/en/schedule/). You can change the day or the channel at the top of the page or download the PDF at the bottom of the page.
STARZ On-Demand gives you instant access to everything STARZ offers. You can watch the latest episodes of hit series like Power Book II: Ghost, Outlander and BMF, as soon as they premiere. Plus, tap into a deep library of huge hit movies. Constantly updated and always commercial free.
The STARZ App gives you instant access to a deep library of original series like Outlander, BMF and all the series from the Power Universe. Plus, critically acclaimed docuseries and hours of hit movies. Stream on up to 4 devices at a time or download to watch offline. STARZ has it all – constantly updated and always ad-free.
The STARZ App is included at no additional cost when STARZ is purchased through a partner provider. Simply download, enter provider log-in credentials, and start streaming.
Downloaded titles are automatically deleted from the downloads list after 2 weeks.
If the title goes out of its licensing window, it will automatically be removed from the downloads list.
Users are allowed 25 downloads across 6 devices. Not all titles are available for download.
STARZ provides several language options on many of its titles. STARZ offers multiple audio tracks on most titles on most devices. Several titles are only available in English or Spanish.
To change the audio language on a computer:
- Once you start a title, select the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the video player
- Options for audio language and subtitles will appear, and you select your preferred option.
To change the audio language on a mobile device:
- After a title is started, click the Options button as shown here:
- Select Audio Language and Subtitle Language
You may want to set up a PIN on your STARZ account for parental controls to ensure young children cannot watch content unsuitable for them.
Once you have set up a PIN on the parental controls, it is not possible to change or disable the PIN.
Forgot Pin
- Go to starz.com
- Log into your account
- Click on the gear in the top right corner
- Click on Parental Controls
- Change your parental settings (to anything)
- Click Update
- You will see a prompt to enter your pin and a link on the bottom that says, Forgot Pin
- Click Forgot Pin
- STARZ will email you your pin
Change Pin
Unfortunately, STARZ does not offer you a way to change your pin. Once set, it cannot be modified.
A total of 5 different profiles can be added to a subscription.
How to set up, edit, or delete a profile
- Go to www.STARZ.com and log in to your account.
- Click on the current profile (upper-right corner) and select “Profiles”
- Select “Edit” under the profile name to edit a profile. Note: The “Edit” will allow you to change the profile name and picture or delete the profile
- To add a profile, click on the + button, and you will be prompted to enter profile details
Each time you log in to the website, you can select the profile you want to use.
At any point, you can change the profile by selecting the profile icon (upper right-hand side), clicking the profile icon or name assigned to that profile.
STARZ provides many ways to enjoy our content, from computers and phones to gaming consoles and smart television sets. A list of supported devices and system requirements for using the STARZ applications can be found at this link.
You can stream on up to 4 different devices at once. Anything more than this will cause an error in the app. You will need to stop playback on one of the other devices to start playback on a new device. STARZ does not have a way to remotely sign out of all devices.
STARZ does not offer a 4K streaming option on the app or website.
Video quality is not something you can adjust. Instead, our application or website will automatically change the quality of the content you view based on your network connection to ensure the most reliable streaming experience. We recommend at least a download speed of 6 Mbps on most devices to ensure a quality experience.
